What happens next?

Sponsor package acceptance will be emailed to the company contact by April 19
The company contact will receive an invoice to pay the sponsorship fee
When payment is received, company sponsor will receive an email from Amy Remic at bigtenandfriends@psu.edu with instructions on registering for the conference and submitting your exhibitor agreement
All exhibitors and sponsors are required to submit a Penn State Exhibitor Agreement by May 3

Please note:

Conference participation is limited to the conference registrations accompanying your sponsorship package.
Booth assignments are selected by the committee.
